This small dialog appears when you reject an agent's proposal and want to explain what it should change. You type your guidance here and click OK. The agent receives your feedback and revises its approach before trying again. Clicking Cancel closes the dialog without sending any feedback.

In plain terms

This is how you steer the agent when you turn down its proposal. When an agent proposes a change to your data (an On Confirmation step) and you reject it, this box lets you say why and what to do instead — and the agent tries again with your guidance.

You're not just saying "no" — you're telling the agent what to fix, much like returning a document for approval with a comment. Your note isn't stored; it's passed straight to the agent for its next attempt.

Worked example. The agent proposes a sales order with the wrong currency. You reject and type "Use the customer's currency (USD), not EUR." The agent revises the order and re-proposes it.

How to open it

  • Opened automatically from the chat page when you choose to reject an agent confirmation card and provide feedback. You cannot open it from Tell Me.

What should the agent change?

The group heading reads "What should the agent change?" and an instructional note explains: "The proposed records were not committed. Tell the agent what to adjust and it will try again."

Notes

  • The data entered here is temporary. It is passed directly to the agent and is not stored after the dialog closes.
  • If you click Cancel, the agent does not receive any feedback and the confirmation card remains in the chat for you to act on again.
