The Published Channels subpage shows every platform where the agent has been published, together with the publication status and the last time the agent was synced to that channel. It is embedded in the Smart Agent card and is read-only — you publish and unpublish agents using the actions on the agent card itself.

In plain terms

A channel is simply where users meet the agent — inside Business Central, in Microsoft Teams, or by email. "Publishing" makes the agent available on a channel.

It's the same agent reachable in different places. Publishing an agent works much like publishing a web service: you switch it on for a channel and it becomes reachable there.

This page is a read-only status board — it tells you where the agent currently lives and whether the last publish succeeded. You don't publish here; you use the Publish to Teams / Unpublish actions on the Agent Card, and this list reflects the result.

How to open it

  • This page is embedded in the Smart Agent card. Choose the Published Channels action in the Related group.

Notes

  • This subpage is read-only. No rows can be inserted, modified, or deleted directly here.
  • The Status column is color-coded: Published = green, Pending = amber, Failed = red, Unpublished = grey.
  • The Channel column is color-coded: Business Central = standard accent, Microsoft Teams = strong accent.
  • The Error Message column appears only when at least one row has a non-empty error. Check it to diagnose failed publish operations.
  • Business Central is registered as a channel automatically when an agent is activated.
