This page shows everyone you have invited to use a specific agent — the outgoing side of agent sharing.

This page shows everyone you have invited to use a specific agent — the outgoing side of agent sharing. From here you can send new invitations to other tenants and revoke invitations that are no longer needed. Sharing works in three steps: you invite a tenant here (outgoing share), they receive the invitation on their Incoming Agent Shares page, and they choose to accept or reject it.
In plain terms
If you build a genuinely useful agent, you can let another Business Central tenant use it — for example, a partner sharing a prebuilt "VAT Helper" with several clients. This page is the outgoing side: who you've invited and whether they've accepted.
It works like distributing a configuration package: you publish, someone else consumes. The handshake is simple — you Invite a tenant here → they see it under Incoming Agent Shares → they Accept or Reject. You can Revoke access at any time.
How to open it
- Open the Smart Agent Card for the agent you want to share, then choose Manage Shares in the action bar.
Note: The Manage Shares action is only available after the agent has been provisioned on the Smart Agents backend. If the action does nothing, the agent must first be activated.

All fields on this page are read-only. The list refreshes automatically each time the page opens and after every Invite or Revoke action.
Actions

| Invite Tenant | Invite another tenant to use this agent by entering their tenant key. Opens the Invite Tenant dialog where you type the recipient's tenant key, then sends the invitation. |
| Revoke Share | Revoke the selected share so the invited tenant can no longer use this agent. Asks for confirmation before revoking. |

Notes
- You must select a row before choosing Revoke Share. A confirmation prompt shows the invited tenant's key before the share is removed.
- If an invitation is accidentally sent to the wrong tenant key, revoke it immediately from this page.
- The Status column reflects the invited tenant's response: Pending means no action taken yet, Accepted means the tenant has accepted and can use the agent, Rejected means the tenant declined.
