This page shows all agent share invitations that other tenants have sent to your organisation — the incoming side of agent sharing.

This page shows all agent share invitations that other tenants have sent to your organisation — the incoming side of agent sharing. When another company invites you to use one of their agents, the invitation appears here with a Pending status. You can accept the invitation to gain access to the agent, or reject it if you do not want it. The full flow is: the sharing tenant invites you on their Agent Shares page, the invitation arrives here, and you decide whether to accept or reject.
In plain terms
This is the receiving side of sharing. When another company offers you one of their agents, the offer lands here as Pending, and you decide whether to take it.
Think of it as the inbox for a configuration package someone published to you: you review what it is and who sent it, then Accept (it becomes usable in your tenant) or Reject. Nothing is added to your environment until you accept.
How to open it
- On the Smart Agents list page, choose Incoming Shares in the Navigation section of the action bar.

All fields on this page are read-only. The list refreshes automatically each time the page opens and after every Accept or Reject action.
Actions

| Accept | Accept the selected share invitation to gain access to this agent. Asks for confirmation showing the agent name and owner tenant before accepting. |

Notes
- You must select a row before choosing Accept or Reject. Both actions display a confirmation prompt before proceeding.
- Once you accept a share, the agent becomes available for use in your tenant. The Status column updates to Accepted.
- Rejecting a share sets the Status to Rejected. The invitation remains visible in the list so you have a record of it.
- If you change your mind after rejecting, contact the agent owner and ask them to send a new invitation from their Agent Shares page.
